Who we are

North Star Therapeutics, Inc. (in formation) ("North Star Therapeutics", "we", "us") runs nstherapies.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address and your message.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. We do not run analytics that identify you. Our web host keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your message to read it and reply to you. We may keep it as a record of our conversation.

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to the messages you send us.

Who handles it for us

Our web host and our email provider store and deliver messages for us. They process your information on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record. We keep them no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to privacy@nstherapies.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights. These include rights under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Transfers between countries

Our providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
